We live with our products every day – all year around
We live off the land, and therefore, we have a responsibility to preserve the earth’s well-being for future generations. Soil health is crucial for sustainable farming, which in turn leads to high quality crops growing there. That’s why we take steps to ensure our fields are in good condition. We continuously rotate crops, meaning we don’t plant the same crop on the same field year after year. Soil health also includes regular cultivation of green manure plants or flowering meadows to supply the soil with natural nutrients. We also give our fields planned rest periods where we do nothing at all, allowing the soil to “recover” and recharge its batteries.

In reality, there is no
such thing as "weeds"
We believe that every plant has its purpose in the ecosystem,
but not everywhere. The problem with weeds in the field is that they behave unsympathetically toward other plants, taking all the nutrients from the soil and keeping them for themselves. To ensure the quality of our herbs, we need to eliminate them. We try to do this using various methods, and as much as possible, with natural techniques such as steaming the fields before sowing, using camera-guided row hoes that run along our plant rows, automatically distinguishing and removing weeds. To protect the plants from small pests, we use natural pest control in the form of beneficial insects that eat
the pests.
